R is for RAINBOWS

R- RAIN & RAINBOWS

NO RAIN NO RAINBOWS

Where I live we average about 60 to 80 inches of rain a year That is enough to keep us very green with out being a true tropical Jungle.

Even the DRY side gets RAINBOWS when the conditions are right!

  1. Wow Nancy! Amazing rainbow photos!!! I especially love the double rainbow mostly over the ocean and the wide, low rainbow above it (is that you celebrating the rainbow?). We are more like your dry side, we get rainbows when the conditions are right.

  2. We get so much rain that as long as the sun can break through and at just the right angle we get our rainbows. Sometimes they are wide that the double rainbows run together into one big wide band. And yes that is me in my backyard. My neighbor and I were playing with taking photos of the Rainbow. I could not find the one she took of me cathing it in a pot.
